Probably the one thing that always hits home for us, is the sometimes exorbitant prices adult and kink products are advertised at. For our bigger competitors, they use this to their advantage by offering huge sales and enticements to make it look like you are getting a great deal. Ok, sometimes you do get a great deal if you can afford to buy there and then since these offers are not going to last forever. Primal Desires on the other hand has a policy of being fair and reasonable every time, all the time so you get a great deal when you can afford to buy rather than feeling like you need to be making an impulsive purchase. Sure we need to make a profit like everyone else but we are not going to be greedy about it. That $100 vibrator is probably listed for twice the price or more than what could be considered fair and reasonable. So here is our Pricing Policy:
- We will never sell above the recommended or suggested retail price. To do so would just not be living up to the fair part of what we stand for.
- We will always do our research to make sure that what we are offering is of good value and high quality while also trying to keep prices low.
- Primal Desires will work on the basis of covering our costs and making a small profit. Being greedy and setting prices with 200% to 300% markups and sometimes higher is just crazy and certainly not reasonable, never mind not being fair. So the next time you see those 60% and 70% off sales and our price on the same item is about the same price, just remember we will still be at that price next week or next month for as long as we are able to keep it at that price.
- We may not always be the cheapest and once the bigger competitors decide to try and get so low, they will likely be lower than us. To us, that’s a win for the community and our customers. We are banking on loyalty, community respect and doing the right thing from the beginning, not being reactive or undercutting for the sake of keeping a monopoly of the market.
- Just because we can make a product or have a cheaper option, that won’t be a reason for us to not offer other similar high quality products at great low prices.
- What we won’t do, is sacrifice offering something cheap and nasty, untested and likely to fail within the first few uses for the sake of undercutting or making a quick sale. You want to spend that hard earned dollar on something that will help make a moment or scene memorable and enjoyable. If what you buy breaks within the first couple of uses, that’s probably not going to be memorable or enjoyable in a good way for you or us.
- If you purchase one of our own hand-made products, we will back it up with a lifetime warranty provided you are looking after it. We don’t even mind normal wear and tear, if it breaks or something goes wrong with it, let us know and we will swap it for a new one.
- We want to make sure you get a good deal when you pay for your chosen products. That means having as many payment options available for you to choose from as possible. We won’t offer a payment service that charges you high fees if you are making the repayments (and even if your not able to, we want to make sure they don’t make your life difficult even more) and we won’t offer a payment service that can be unreasonable when things don’t go to plan.
