As with anything Primal Desires do, we have applied our privacy policy on behalf of the customers and only listing their first or preferred name and their state/country. We do not publish reviews where permission has not been explicitly given to us, including any desire to remain anonymous and we will not publish any reviews which may contain identifiable information within the text even if we have been given permission to do so.

None of these customers have been paid or compensated in exchange for the review. Primal Desires may compensate a customer with a discount on their next order if we receive constructive and valuable feedback that helps us to improve the website, products and services we provide, such as letting us know about an unknown error, specific issues in relation to ordering a certain product or just the general flow of things. We are open to ideas and we reward healthy input, even if we don’t get an order.
