Primal Desires Wild Vibes Reward Points

Primal Desires has now introduced the new Wild Vibes Reward Points which we have made retrospective to all existing orders as well as applying them to any new orders we receive. Simply make a purchase on any product except for Gift Cards purchased and once payment has been received and the order is completed and sent for delivery, your Wild Vibes Reward Points are applied.

We also automatically applied 10 Wild Vibes Reward Points per $1 spent on products (after discounts applied) to any orders previously placed and paid for through the Primal Desires website.

How To Earn & Redeem Wild Vibes Reward Points

  1. Simply purchase any products listed via online ordering excluding Gift Cards
  2. Checkout, Pay & Wait for your order to be marked Completed
  3. Check Your Wild Vibes Reward Points Balance in My Profile!
  4. Use your Reward Points within 1 Year of them being earned

Earn Rate:

    • At least 10 Wild Vibes Reward Points for every $1 spent
    • Earn 100 Wild Vibes Reward Points for creating a user profile
    • Earn 100 Wild Vibes Reward Points for leaving an approved product review (please be logged in so that the reward points can be assigned correctly when the review is approved)

Redeem Rate:
200 Wild Vibes Reward Points = $1 discounted from any product or service of your choice ordered online excluding Gift Cards

If you used a discount coupon, other form of discount or promoter discount, the Wild Vibes Reward Points were applied to the order value after your discount was applied.

Fine Print (We Just Made It Not So Fine)

  1. Wild Vibe Reward Points are valid for 1 Year from the date earned/applied to a customer’s profile. Reward points will expiry in a staggered manner as per the way they are applied. Reward Points may expire earlier if the program is withdrawn and written notice has been given to the customer as per Item 2 below.
  2. Primal Desires reserves the right to make changes to or withdraw the Wild Vibes Reward Points program at any stage. Any points earned will still be valid until the stated expiry date unless we provide a minimum of 1 months written notice by e-mail to the email address on the customer’s profile.
  3. Primal Desires does not offer rewards points on Gift Card purchases as the reward points will be earned when the Gift Card is used for payment.
  4. Wild Vibe Reward Points may only be earned on the undiscounted portion of products if a discount coupon or other discount has been applied. Points are not applied for delivery, fees or tips they maybe charged.
  5. Wild Vibe Reward Points are only earned on completed orders. If part of an order cannot be fulfilled, the points associated with the unfulfilled part of the order will not be credit to the customer and an adjustment will be applied accordingly.
  6. Redeeming Wild Vibe Reward Points is treated as a discount on a specific product or order and as such it is not possible to earn reward points where reward points have been redeemed on that part of the order.
  7. Wild Vibe Reward Points are earned and redeemed at the rates shown in this document unless otherwise stated on a specific product. The value of reward points any given product will receive before discounts are applied is shown in the product’s quantity selector box. The value shown is per product ordered and not the total number of points if more than one item of a product is ordered.
  8. Wild Vibe Reward Points may also be awarded for creating a customer profile and for approved (publicly viewable) product reviews created while the customer is signed in.
  9. Wild Vibe Reward Points can be checked in the My Profile page. Click on the Reward Points dashboard button to view the most current points and a statement of points earned and redeemed.
  10. Discrepencies in reward point statements should be brought to the attention of Primal Desires management in writing by using the Contact Us form or by sending a clearly marked e-mail so that we are able to investigate and adjust the reward points accordingly. These will appear as adjustments on the customer’s points statement.
