100% Discretion and Handling of Your Order

Every order will be treated as our most important order. It will be completed with the utmost care, packed discretely in a plain box or satchel with only sufficient addressing and contact information for the delivery to be made. The return address in case a delivery cannot be made successfully will be to our P.O. Box with the business name simply listed as P D Sales.

Order and Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated Lead Times – Length of time between your order being placed and when it is ready for delivery. We will always try to do better than the estimated lead time.
Estimated Delivery Times – Estimated time taken for your order to be delivered once it is ready for delivery. Where possible, we will use a delivery service that can match or better the estimate delivery time provided the delivery cost for us is cost-effective.
Market Pickups – Due to travel times and making sure sufficient stock is available for market customers, where possible please allow at least 5 to 7 days additional lead time so that we can prepare your order and have it with us at the markets we are attending. If we are unable to meet this delivery time frame, we will send your order free of charge.

Delivery Disclaimers

Please note, that we can only dispatch your order once we have 100% confirmation of payment. Where possible, we will attempt to process your order while we wait for confirmed payment to minimise any delays getting your order into the delivery stage.

Extenuating circumstances such as Santa Claus, public holidays, weather, bush fires, flooding, pandemics and epidemics, fuel shortages and war or terrorism may affect lead times and delivery capabilities beyond our control. Currently most delivery services are experiencing a high volume of deliveries and as such we have tried to be as conservative as possible with delivery times. These may be longer than is required however experience has also told us that deliveries can take longer than expected when there is a shortage of flights or pandemic restrictions in place that affects the delivery. Generally, if you have not received an update within 2 business days after the listed time frames above, please get in touch with us via our Contact page and we will look into it with a view to getting it resolved by the time we get back to you.

We are seeing an increase in delivery costs due to delivery services passing on the increased cost of fuel. Wherever possible, we will use the most cost effective delivery service that can delivery within the estimated delivery time frames and do our best to avoid any possible increases in delivery charges.

Free Local Delivery is only available to addresses located in the post codes shown in the table above. Typically, these are areas we can reach in approximately 30 to 45 minutes. This service can potentially be used for local pickup by prior arrangement only and we ask that you contact us first before placing an order to ensure that this is possible regardless of whether it was previously possible on another order.

Market Pickup is only available for markets we will be attending within 1 month of the order being placed. This option is not available at any other time and requires additional lead time so that we can ensure your order is complete and ready for you to pickup when you find us at the market. Market Pickup is a free service provided by Primal Desires and most markets we attend require a separate door or entrance fee and this is not handled or arranged by Primal Desires. You will need to arrange your own ticket to enter the markets and collect your order. Due to how we operate in markets, we will be unable to meet you at the door or entrance to give you the order and you will need to find us at our allocated spot on the day. You can reach us on the mobile if we are able to hear and answer it, if you need directions or ask someone attending the door or entrance for directions. In the event your order is not ready in time, we will advise you of the situation and arrange to have your order sent to you free of charge via our normal standard delivery option. If you are unable to pick-up on the day, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements where possible however this may incur an additional cost no greater than the cost of delivery as listed in the delivery charges table above.

Some international delivery services may require some kind of documentation as to the product inside. We manage this by simply stating what the product is made of in most cases or just using 1 or 2 words (for example, “rope” or “rope gear”). While this does make it more difficult for 100% discretion on our international orders, we will always try our best to be as discrete as possible. Please note, all international orders must be signed for on delivery for your order discretion and to ensure only the order arrives at the correct destination. We cannot give instructions for these orders to be left unattended or in a safe place unless you have a secured parcel locker or post office box.

All orders will have tracking added, however in some cases, the tracking information may not be updated by the delivery service as expected or is lacking in detail based on the type of delivery service. Where your order is already in transit, we do recommend contacting the delivery service shown on your invoice next to the tracking code prior to contacting us. We have found through past experience that some order may in fact have already been delivered a day or more earlier while still showing as being in transit on the tracking data provided to us.
