The Estimated Time for Delivery (ETA) of your order is from the date of dispatch only (not from the order date). Wherever possible, Primal Desires will always try to dispatch your order in the shortest timeframe subject to order complexity, whether or not it contains any custom items, stock availability, delivery method selected and delivery pick-up times.
Conservative Lead Times (CLT) are used to estimate the amount of time conservatively needed for your order to be ready for dispatch on average. As previously stated, we always try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible which may mean your order is dispatched the same day if the ability to do so is within our control. With In Stock (non-custom) items we are able to arrange dispatch within 1 business day depending on the number of different items on the order and whether they are all in the same warehouse, as this allows us to instruct the warehouse to send it directly to you as a time saving measure.
CLT prior to dispatch:
- In Stock items – up to 3 business days (e.g. most of our manufactured products such as vibes, rope gear, etc)
- In Stock custom items – 2 to 5 business days (e.g. most of our rope is stored on reels and needs to be cut, washed, dried and packed)
- To Be Made custom items – 5-7 business days (e.g. custom dyed rope, rope conditioning)
- Out of Stock items – 2 to 3 weeks (Most items are sourced locally from good stock levels however some items are imported and we will advise you of options if we foresee a delay greater than 1 week)
