We don’t just want to offer customers a quality experience with quality products. Primal Desires wants to make it easy for you to shop with us by giving you plenty of different payment options on the website and at in-person events and markets. Apart from the stock standard payment options of debit/credit cards with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and EFTPos, PayID and Bank Transfer options for Australia, we are working to add any available “Buy Now, Pay Later” services to our payment options as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, P D Gift Card and Bank Transfer options for our International customers in New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK and Europe.
Keeping your payment data safe is of high importance to us and Primal Desires does this through a secure server, PCI DDS compliant payment gateways, minimising how much data we need to provide to third-party payment services to complete your order and keeping any of your on-server personal data we may have. Debit / Credit Cards / EFTPos
Primal Desires accepts payments worldwide online through this website and at in-person events and markets we attend which are made by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and EFTPos. All of these payments are handled through our Square payment gateway (chip or tap cards only – Online & In-Person), PayPal payment gateway (Online) and Zeller payment terminal (In-Person). We do not keep any card details on our website or servers. You have the option of storing your card details for future use and these will be kept secure at the payment gateway only, accessible only via a secure encrypted token that works between our website and Square or PayPal.
For your privacy and discretion, any transactions made through Square will appear on your statement as being from “P D Sales” and does not reference the products you have purchased. An invoice or order number may appear as a reference to your transaction however there will be no other order data shown.
PayID
If you don’t have access to one of the other payment methods, no problems! Primal Desires has you covered. Using an Australian Internet Banking service that allows PayID, you can still make payment. There maybe a delay in the time between when you PayID the funds to when we can confirm the funds have reached our account, however if does not occur for some reason, we will reach out to you. Once the funds are confirmed into our account, we will release the order for preparation and handing over to the delivery service.

Bank Transfer
If you don’t have access to one of the other payment methods, no problems! Primal Desires has you covered. Using Internet Banking or visiting your bank, you can still make payment. There maybe a delay in the time between when you deposit the funds to when we can confirm the funds have reached one of our accounts however if you are able to e-mail or message us a copy of your deposit receipt and let us know which order it is for (we normally use the invoice/order number as a reference to make it easy for us to assign the payment to your order), we will happily move your order into a “being prepared” status and start organising for you. Once the funds are confirmed into our account, we will release the order to the delivery service.

PayPal
PayPal has long provided a convenient method of sending and receiving money and saves you having to remember those all important, long debit and credit card numbers and bank account details. Primal Desires allows you to use PayPal for any transactions making your checkout process easy and secure.
We are also pleased to announce that we utilise the PayPal Buy Now, Pay Later option if you don’t want to pay for the whole order upfront. With no interest or late fees, you can pay over 4 easy installments with the first payment being at the time of ordering and the remaining 3 payments every 2 weeks after. Primal Desires will send your order once we have confirmation of the order being paid through this method, you don’t have to wait until its paid off. The following notes have been provided from the PayPal Pay in 4 information page.
- PayPal Pay in 4 allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 interest-free instalments.
- Your first instalment is due at the time you make your purchase. The next 3 instalments are due every 14 days after your first instalment. These are detailed in Clause 1.3 below.
- Repayments are made automatically from your PayPal account using the payment method you select.
- If you miss a repayment your credit rating and credit score may be affected in a way that impacts your ability to obtain further credit.
- You may repay the amount you owe in full at any time, without any fees or charges.
- We may carry out a credit check when you apply – if we do, this will leave a mark on your credit file which may impact your ability to obtain credit in future and/or the cost of that credit.

P D Gift Cards
Primal Desires has a range of Gift Card fixed and custom value eGift Card (sent via e-mail) and Printed Gift Card options, which can be pre-purchased to be used as a method of payment on our website or in-person when we are at events or markets. eGift Cards let you send someone a pre-purchased Gift Card that they can use on our website. Additional Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the gift cards which can be found on the Gift Card Check Balance page.
Cash
Primal Desires will only accept cash payments when we are in attendance at events or markets. We ask customers to please have as close to possible the correct amount as we only hold a small cash float during these times for security which reduces our ability to give change. You can also use EFTPos, Debit / Credit Cards and other Contactless payment methods (see below) as payment when we are at events or markets.
Contactless Payments with Google Pay and Apply Pay
The Square and Zeller payment gateways used by Primal Desires combined with our Tap-and-Go Card Reader & Terminal permits us to accept contactless payment at in-person events from Apple Pay, Google Pay and other contactless smartphones and watches which hold your digital wallet. Just tap the card reader / terminal when requested with your device and you are done.
Buy Now Pay Later – Afterpay
Currently Afterpay is available for in-person transactions at markets we attend by tapping our Square Payment device. We are working on getting this added to our online payment methods and hope to have it added shortly. Afterpay offers a quick and simple method of making purchases paid over 4 fortnightly payments.
